Profession: Currently I am working as a software architect at Logim. I am involved with the design and development of the warehouse management system ALWIS using among other things technologies like CORBA, C++, and Oracle SQL.

Research: My main research interests are formal methods in software engineering, especially formal foundations of software architectures, architectural styles and patterns. I am a member of the IEEE (and IEEE CS), the ACM (and ACM SIGSOFT), the FME, and the TIV.

Teaching: I have taught several basic courses on programming methodology and some advanced courses on software architecture and formal methods, see my course list for the terms 2001/2002, 2000/2001, 1999/2000, and 1998/1999.
